"Hello,
This is extremely late in coming and for that, i'm a bit embarrassed.
I actually don't live in the country anymore and we have returned to Morocco where
we live most of the time. I am from Texas though and our month there this summer was
just great only made the more great by your gluten free treats!
Thank you for the cake. Everyone and by everyone, I exaggerate not and mean EVERYONE
at the gathering thought it to be the best carrot cake period.  We kept hearing how
it was not too sweet, how you could taste all the flavors, the nuts and the cream
cheese.  Oh, the cream cheese frosting! A huge hit. 
Thank you again. Our next time in Austin, we'll be ringing you for sure."

"we were by your stand today & picked up a slice of pumpkin pie & of course my usual chocolate
chip cookie & ordered desserts for Thanksgiving. soon as we got home my husband (with the blue cast
on his arm) who does not have to be gluten free-decided to taste test my slice of pie. He ate over
half telling me there is absolutely no way anything tasting that good could be
gluten free so he was going to have to eat the other half to save my life, it couldn't be "GOOD" for
me- with a big smile on his face. my only response to him was if "you don't put my piece of pie
down you'll end up in the ER getting a cast on the other arm :)" needless to say I got to eat
the last 3 bites...it's the best pumpkin pie I have ever ate - gluten free or glutenful. OMGGGG
it was heaven. Can't wait to get the whole pie and pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving. especially
considering how long my 1 piece of pie didn't last..." -Deb M.
